Features
PCI-M512 has been replaced by PCI-M512U.
PCI-M512U provides 512K bytes memory, 12 digital input channels, and 16 output channels. PCI-M512U consists of one 12-bit input port and one 16-bit output port. DB-16P can be used to connect the input ports (CN2) for isolation purposes, or use DB-16R to interface to the output ports (CN1) for relay control. PCI-M512U PCI card supports both 5V and 3.3V. PCI-M512U (Universal PCI version) is fully compatible with the PCI-M512 (PCI version).
Users can use the DB-16P to connect the input ports (CN2) for isolation purpose, or use DB-16R to interface to the output ports (CN1) for relay control. The PCI-M512U equips two Li-batteries to maintain content in the event of PC power loss. The two Li-batteries can continue supplying power to 512KB SRAM to retain the important data for 10 years; and the two-battery design is safe to maintain the data when replacing new batteries.
The PCI-M512U also provides 4 LED indicators to display the battery states. It is easy to know the status of the two Li-batteries is normal, low voltage or fault by the 4 LED indicators. The PCI-M512U is an ideal solution for system reliability.
