Features
PET-7018Z is a web-based Ethernet I/O module that features a built-in web server which allows configuration, I/O monitoring and I/O control through a regular web browser. With the web HMI function, no programming or HTML skills are needed to create dynamic and attractive web pages for I/O monitoring and I/O control The PET-7018Z offers easy and safe access for users from anytime and anywhere! In addition, PET-7018Z also supports Modbus/TCP protocol that makes seamless integration to SCADA software.
Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) allows power and data to be carried over a single Ethernet cable so a device can operate solely from the power it receives through the Ethernet data cable. This innovation allows greater flexibility in office design, higher efficiency in systems design, and faster turnaround time in set-up and implementation.
PET-7018Z features true IEEE 802.3af-compliant (classification, Class 1) Power over Ethernet (PoE) using both Ethernet pairs (Category 5 Ethernet cable). PET-7018Z can receive power from auxiliary power sources like AC adapters and batteries in addition to the PoE enabled network. This is a desirable feature when the total system power requirements exceed the PSE's load capacity. With the auxiliary power option, the PET-7018Z can be used in standard Ethernet (non-PoE) systems.
The PET-7018Z is a 16-bit, 10-channel differential analog inputs and 6-channel digital ouputs module that provides programmable input range on all analog channels(±15 mV, ±50 mV, ±100 mV, ±500 mV, ±1 V, ±2.5 V, ±20 mA, 0 ~ 20 mA, 4 ~ 20 mA and thermpocouples) and digital output can be set alarm output. Each analog channel is allowed to configure an individual range and has 240 VAC high over voltage protection
