KingView HVAC Monitoring Kit
HVAC Monitoring Kit with KingView PC based SCADA software, a Touch Screen PLC, some data acquisition modules, a USB to RS-232/422/485 converter and a power supply.
The KingView HVAC Monitoring Kit is designed to quickly and easily help you implement your HVAC system. Each kit includes KingView PC based software, some data acquisition modules, a USB to RS-232/422/485 converter and a power supply.
The kit includes KV-DF-101, a KingView Development Full License with 64 tags. You can use it for the development and runtime of your system. It also includes I-7019R, a Universal Data Acquisition module that has Thermocouple, Voltage and Current input types. You can use I-7019R for measuring temperature with a thermocouple sensor and an air pressure sensor with current input configuration. The I-7060 digital input and relay output module is provided for controlling the valves and fan. The TPD-430 touch screen PLC and HMI with RS-485 communication is used for local control of the HVAC system through a touch screen interface. The GPSU06U is used to power the I-7019R, I-7060 and TPD-430. I-7561 is a USB to RS-232/422/485 converter which will allow your PC to communicate with TPD-430, I-7019R and I-7060.

AC Monitoring: Here we show KingView monitoring the main parameters for the AC system such as Air Temperature, pressures, valves’ status, alarms and control status. This allows the user to monitor all the components of the air conditioning system. Here we see the data read from I-7019 and I-7060
TouchPad communication: Here we are showing communication between KingView and our TPD-430, showing the interaction from the PC to the touch screen device. The devices with questions marks indicate that the device has not yet been connected.
Here the data is organized into a trend curve - the trend curve boasts the following features:
- The trend curve can be set to be real-time or historical mode;
- Zoom in/out the trend area (time axis);
- Zoom in/out the range of the Y axis;
- Print out trends;
- Show/hide curves;
Alarm Information: Here you can see the history of alarms that have occurred. This helps the user monitor things such as overheating and various alarm triggers and analyze the patterns to help maintain their HVAC system.
Report: This shows a real-time data report. Not only will it display the data, but you can query the historical data by time, what information you want displayed, and the time intervals where the data changes. Then you can save these reports as excel files for archival purposes or to share with others.
Web Camera: It's great to see the data displayed on the screen, but sometimes you want to see what's going on with your own eyes, but this may not always be possible. So we also have integrated a web camera so the user can get a visual on what's going on, and also record the video for archival purposes or to show a coworker what's going on.
