ICP DAS USA, Inc. warrants our products against any defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the original date of purchase. ICP DAS USA, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

An optional two to five year extended warranty on some of our products is available. Please contact ICP DAS USA regarding purchasing this warranty extension. The price is 15% of the regular list price of each unit per year. This extended warranty must be purchased as part of the original product purchase.

Please contact ICP DAS for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before you ship the defective product to ICP DAS.
