Our USB-87Pn Series intelligent I/O expansion unit has a USB communication interface, is hot swappable, and can expand its functions with any kind of i-87K series (High profile) module. It used for industrial monitoring and controlling applications. There are more than 30 I/O modules supported with the unit, including analog input/output, digital input/output, and counter/frequency I/O modules.

I-8000 Modbus RTU and TCP Expansion Racks
Modbus is a protocol in the industrial manufacturing and environment monitoring fields. It's easy to expand a PC's I/O capabilities with a Modbus I/O Expansion Rack.  It suits master-slave or query-response distributed I/O applications. The units have pre-installed a Modbus firmware. PC's, HMI's or PLC's can use Modbus/TCP and Modbus/RTU protocol to communicate with I/O modules in the unit via the RS-232/485 or Ethernet interface.

PROFI-8455 Remote I/O Unit is specially designed for the slave device of PROFIBUS DP protocol. It supports up to 4 slots for ICPDAS I-87K Low Profile and I-87K High Profiles series I/O modules. PROFI-8455 has a hot-swap function for changing I/O modules.  To setup networks, users can choose and configure I/O modules by using the GSD file without any other setting tools.

I-8420 allows direct peer to peer data exchange between nodes in an organized and, if necessary, deterministic manner. DeviceNet defines a connection-based scheme to facilitate all application communications. A DeviceNet connection provides a communication path between multiple endpoints ICP DAS also presents an I-8420 Utility tool to allow users to configure and create the EDS file for specific plugged in I/O modules. Users can easily apply the I-8420 embedded controller in the DeviceNet network.




CANopen I/O Expansion Rack

I-8421 is designed for slave devices of CANopen protocol. It follows the CANopen Spec DS-301 V4.01 and DSP-401 V2.1, and supplies many features such as: dynamic PDO, EMCY object, error output value, SYNC cyclic and acyclic.  In order to expand I/O channel's flexiblity, I-8421 supports up to 4 slots for I/O expansion and is suitable with a lot of ICP DAS DI/AI/DO/AO modules

I-8037W is a 16-channel Isolated Open Collector Output Module. The maximum load is 100 mA per channel.  It has 16 LEDs as digital output indicators.  It has 1 LED as a power indicator.
