Through “Reaction workshop”, operators can monitor the temperature of the retort and the container of the product, and also can get the liquid positions of tanks. There are real-time trend curves as well as alarm information to assist the operator to supervise the reaction procedures.
Through the main menu, we can easily switch to other screens. Steel-making workshop is to simulate the complicate mechanical movements of steel-making productions by animations.
Historical trend curves help operator query historical data trend curves by time, and tag name. Curves can also be refreshed to current time by clicking the “refresh” button.
Alarm can be displayed as different format, alarm grid, report or other graphics. Customer can acknowledge the alarm by double clicking the real-time alarm grid, or by clicking the button with script of acknowledge function.
Temperature control is designed for productions which depend on temperature, such as furnace, food and so on. Customers can preset a curve by time and parameters to be the reference of the real-time temperature of the production. KingView can also do the PID adjustment.
KingView can also restore data into Relational database, and access the data from database by SQL statement.
Customers can use report to generate real-time data report and historical data report. Also it is easy to save and print the report by script.
