Release Notes for SDK of WinPAC-8000

INTRODUCTION

This is a collection libraries release of the WinPac270 for the eVC development. The *.msi file includes standard windows CE library and others which are developed by ICPDAS such as WinPacSDK, and WinConSDK.

Note:

The SDK installation location of  the SDK files are changed to the path below 

* Move the {CEPATH}\Include to {CEPATH}\ICPDAS\Include\ARMV4I
* Move the {CEPATH}\Lib to {CEPATH}\ICPDAS\Lib\ARMV4I
      * {CEPATH} is always set on C:\Program Files\Windows CE Tools\wce500\PAC270)

ENHANCEMENTS
* Fix a bug that the warning "The targeted platform PAC270 does not match the connected platform" happens while the EVC progarm is do the debug with the devices using the cemgrc.exe

* Used for ViewPAC series
